2016 Board of Directors Nominations Now Open

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2016 Board of Directors Election. To be considered, nominees must send their nominations to the Election Coordinator at NAUI Headquarters no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on August 15, 2016.

This year any eligible member wishing to run in the Board of Directors election must complete the Nominee Application Form. The nominee must also obtain endorsements for his/her nomination. The 1) completed Nomination Application Form and 2) signed Nomination Endorsement Forms must be submitted by the deadline listed above.

For the 2016 election, NAUI is seeking individuals with experience in the following areas:
a- Finance which could include but not be limited to accounting, financial planning or budgeting.
b- Dive destination experience such as resort or destination managers to provide market strategy insight for destinations like the Caribbean.
c- Any active NAUI instructor with time, energy and the desire to make NAUI better.

We are seeking individuals who have the time, desire, and expertise to help NAUI grow and who have a solid understanding of the role of Board members for a not for profit organization.
